Return and Refund Policy
We are not satisfied unless you are delighted with your custom piece. Upon receipt, if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will expedite a replacement to you. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Given that each piece is individually designed, personalized and produced, orders are not returnable or refundable once you have approved the piece for production.
Natural Materials
If purchasing a product made from natural stone or wood buyer accepts that stone and wood are natural materials with variations in color and other characteristics and agrees to accept such natural variations.
Handcrafted Items
All of our items are hand crafted and buyer should accept that color and slight variations to the design may occur in the manufacturing process. Computer monitor settings can also affect the way merchandise appears in photos, buyer should allow for this.
We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged well for safe delivery to you. Each order is sent via traceable method; tracking information is provided to you upon shipment. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of arrival at info@designsinnature.ca. We will expedite a replacement piece to you. Please retain all original packaging as we will issue a claim ticket to have the damaged item and packaging returned for inspection.
